This instrument is very useful for determining the shelf life/ degradation studies, due to tempr. and humidity effect on the drugs. Inner chamber is made of St. steel. The exterior is made of heavy M.S finished in powder coated. The entire body of the instrument is built in a sturdy way, so that it maintains the internal environment to the pre-designed parameter. It is provided with a glass window to felicitate view from outside. The humidity is controlled from the ambient atmosphere to 95% with sensitivity of + 5 % observed from the hygrometer, fitted inside the chamber. Separate water tank has been provided in the cabinet. Heavy duty, air circulation fan fitted at the top of the cabinet, gives hot and wet air in the chamber, through the duct, connected inside the chamber. Temperature range 5C above room tempr. to 60C with an accuracy of + 0.5C is controlled by thermostat, with neon light lamp and switch. The temperature is recorded with thermometer, fitted at the front of the cabinet, with imported thermometer, with contact thermometer for wet temperature
