The machine is designed to meet the demand for a labour saving device, which would fill all the requirements for grinding and mixing of different manufacturers. The base is strong attractively finished upon which Mortar revolves and forth in a pattern reaching all parts of mortar. The Pestle is held firmly in weighted Pestle head. Arm of Pestle mechanism having bearing rotor provided for continuous untamed operation. The Scraper blade made of Tef-lon is provided with scrapper arm. Sample is shielded from AIR BORNE CONTIMNANTS BY transparent Perspex cover.
After the material has been grounded, the Pestle holder is raised and Plate holding the Motor is lifted off so that the contents can be emptied and Mortar Brushed out or sterilized by flame. Complete supplied with S. S. kharal of 6mm thickness of S. S. 304 quality. The body of the machine cladded with St. Steel sheet.
