Horizontal Autoclave

Triple walled construction inner chamber is made of high-grade stainless steel sheet of SS  304 grade. The outer body is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. The boiler is made of stainless steel. The lid is made of thick stainless steel sheet plate. A three  way or a multi port valve made of stainless steel is installed for controlling the sterilization cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi, pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch with an accuracy of + 1 psi. Fitted with water level indicator and vacuum beaker. The unit is fitted with temperature gauge, vacuum beaker and steam trap. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand made of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel.
